    I love this game and have found it so relaxing over the years, but the ads are getting horrendous, popping up in the middle of the game 10 or more times per puzzle. I don’t know how much longer I want to deal with the annoyance.

    I cannot get through one game anymore. So many ads pop up and you can’t finish a puzzle. Other games don’t have as many. 4 days ago, you said y’all fixed it but it is not fixed.

    I do enjoy this game, but recently ads have been popping up mid-game which is really annoying and frustrating. Also, some of the credit features don’t work. They really need to work on fixing the game.

    Closing the mid-game pop-up ads is now an integral challenge to game play. The clock is running and ads continually flash up without warning. Over and over and over as if the game were called Ad Attack. It is infuriating. The developer clearly hates the players.

    This game is now virtually unplayable with ads popping up during gameplay in the MIDDLE of a round every 10-30 seconds. Absolute trash.

    Ads are horrible - they began to insert video ads in the middle of game play. I just had 6 pop up in 30 seconds. Deleting app now. Way too many other choices to waste time with these suckers

    Loved this game, now you spend watching more adds than playing. When you are on a roll it freezes & you have to shut it down. In the middle of a game adds start popping up for no reason. Like I said it used to be great & I loved it but I’m fed up with all the stuff going on.

    I go to “Challenges” to earn gems, but many, many times when I touch the green button for 3 times the gems, which I have just EARNED, it won’t do anything, and the puzzle I just completed was for NOTHING. It just sits there, no matter how many times you touch it. So I don’t get my gems, and I consider they were stolen from me. I have complained about this before and you do nothing to fix it. I deserve some gems, to compensate for the MANY I have not received because you will not fix this problem. It shouldn’t be that hard!

    I’ve been a very long time user of this app. I saw it go from addictive and challenging to utterly easy and boring, and then back to exciting!!! Thank you so much for listening!!! I love that you’ve added challenge back to this game. I love tiny tiles and the short times, I love the new pictures and I love the challenges!! I understand you keeping the jumbo games, but I can deal with that now that you’ve mixed it up!!! THANK YOU!!!

  • Used to be good, now disappointing

    I’ve had this game for a while but in March 2024 Onnect changed the app which added a time limit (why!?!?) and removed the ability to have no ads which I had purchased 1+ years ago but is no longer working. And twice now I’ve played Challenges and tried to go back and play the regular game but the Play button no longer works. The only option is likely removing the app and reloading loosing all of my progress.
