Unsure why but something is always wrong with this app or logs me out it’s annoying! I can’t see my work schedule for tomorrow!!!!

Great service

I have been in the real work force for over fifty years and I never thought I’d see anything like this. It’s so much better than communicating with sticky notes and endless phone interruptions. It makes life easier for associates and managers.

Since we upgraded I no longer receive notification when new schedule has been posted like it used to. Also can’t see the past days that I was scheduled like last week. Also if there was a way to list the dates them at vacation was used, like an format option instead of searching through your days (again tho can’t see past) to search when and what kind of time was used if any then just list sick time used- the dates n hours then list vacation used - the dates and times it was used.

Workforce is a great app that i use in my everyday life for work. it has really helped me keep up with my schedule, take time out requests, and other things too. this is a really great app to have

It would be nice to be able to add a note, when requesting a day off or a half of a day off so that if you need to be off during the day, but can work at night, or can work at night, but not during the day can be reflected in your request so you don’t have to take the whole day off When it’s not necessary.

Why does the message tell me my access is denied when I try try to enter my account?

Xchange will list multiple stores available shifts which is confusing and it provides ZERO hint at what store the shift is at until it is approved by your asds. This NEEDS to be fixed. At least tell us what store the shift is at before we claim it.

Work Force is a great tool. It is easy to use and among the many uses of this tool, am able to see my work schedule for the next three weeks, when I have clocked in and out, and the number of hours I am working or have worked. This is a five star tool!

I don’t think the selections are adequate as the reasons are not sensible. There should be a selection of OTHER so it can be explained aside from the generic choices
