    Tried to use them for my latest upload which is all completely original work from the beats to the lyrics & flows to the cover art but apparently my producer tag sounded like something else to their systems. Also I didn’t see a single sync opportunity anywhere on the app or website which was the only reason I signed up to begin with

    Customer Service always gets back to me within 12-24hrs. I needed to remix songs and remaster them and they uploaded the songs for me to an older project, no issues. The only thing UM needs to offer is license and sync deals more often and a DAW, would be super dope.

    I see people complaining about the how UnitedMasters was free in how they making people pay to upload music I would say if your music can’t pay for your membership alone just stop where u at in hang it up it’s not for the weak

    United Masters has some scam thing going on, they lock your account from receiving money, then they don’t respond to your for a long time or they give you run arounds and don’t handle things professionally. I wouldn’t recommend, Amuse is better.

    The customer service is fast and effective. Not that it isn’t easy, because it is. I wanted to remove my music from 1 streaming service alone, I contacted them and took it down within the hour. I will be using this service for all of my releases.
