This is a very good app. I have never seen a more reliable private investigator like( hackspymaster @ Gmailcom.,, His service is very effective and resourceful with his help I was able to remotely access my partner's cellphone and the activities in it, I was monitoring her and she didn't even know about it because the service was remote in nature and totally untraceable, with a shot time I was able to catch her red handed cheating on me, thanks to Lance for helping me to uncover the truth.

No se como funciona en Android pero en iPhone es muy mala, ya hice login y estando dentro algunas funciones cuando las quiero modificar me envía a la página web y a veces me pide hacer login de nuevo, con que solo tengo un filtro de Face ID para abrir el app sería suficiente y que todo se haga desde el app fácil. Lo otro es que no puedo poner límites por aplicación, también debería poder asignar tiempo o tener alguna forma de agregar tiempo de pantalla sin modificar el calendario, por ejemplo hoy es jueves y es holiday normalmente en la mañana esta bloqueada porque esta en clases pero ahora debo mover todo el calendario para dar tiempo de pantalla y luego volverlo a mover para que siga normal. Deberian fijarse en apps como Bark o Qustodio ellos hacen muy fácil el parental control, si no cambian esto me cambiaré de app al vencerse la licencia de norton pues ya pague la del año.

I recently began using this app to control my 10 year old use of a home computer. I have to say it is very secure but really difficult to configure. For example my kids use google for education institutions and they have to login to apps using their google account, and it is a real nightmare to make Norton family understand they are login to the app. It blocks them all the time.

I set up my kids accounts on their computer but they are not listed on the iOS app, despite being listed when I check on the Norton website. ’ve tried signing in multiple times on the app but the problem persists. It wants me to create new accounts for them. The app used to work fine but something happened in the last few months it seems. Now this app essentially doesn’t work at all.

I have gotten in trouble MULTIPLE TIMES most recently this app decided to LIE and say i was on my drawing tablet at ten in the night. NOT ONLY WAS I ASLEEP MY TABLET WAS ALSO DEAD. ALSO this app IS SO DANG BROKEN AND DECIDES TO TELL ME MY SCREEN TIME IS UP EVEN THOUGH I HAVEN’T EVEN GOT ON MY COMPUTER AT ALL.

Sometimes the app works, often it gives me an error when trying to approve a website or extend time for my kids. More often than not I am frustrated and my homeschooled kids often have to find alternatives for their schoolwork. At this point it’s more frustrating than helpful.

It does not unlock, lock, nor able to update and approve website.. it’s frustrating

The application just stopped allowing me to add websites and support has been “trying” to fix the issue for weeks. As an IT professional, I would recommend staying away from this app unless it can become more stable. There are also ways to get around the protections, but the annoying thing is that not being able to approve legitimate sites it incentivizes kids to look for workarounds. If I could give this a negative star, I would.
