The app is responsive and easy to navigate no issues with it. My desire to review and high rating however, is the service as a whole. I knew I wanted an affordable pickup, and wanted to spend less than $300 a month for 60 months. That was it. I selected body style, my finance terms, and let it rip. I was blown away with the number of options locally. After looking at a few I realized I could be a bit more selective and was able to narrow down all the features I wanted which left me with a much smaller but more tailored list of about 10 vehicles. The amount of dealer partners in the Twin Cities metro area is very impressive, I found the perfect truck for me, and when all was said and done I got a better price and rate than what was in the app. Knowing exactly why I’m going in to look at and test drive, having the pre-approval, and the confidence in the process that if there are any surprise numbers that don’t match what I went in there with I turn around and walk away removed a ton of the typical anxiety that comes with car buying. Can’t recommend giving this a go enough. Also very impressed with the low interest rates on used vehicles?! Obviously everyone’s credit is different, but mines been high 600s for a very long time and every time I’ve tried to get financing for used vehicles in the past it’s been 11+% but my current rate is 6.9%, and the pre-approval was for 10. Maybe I’ve just gone to the wrong dealers in the past, or maybe banks are just more competitive with used vehicles in the present? Either way if you’re looking for a used car and want to finance TRY THIS!! The ability to filter by vehicles with financing terms available only is exactly what I’ve always wanted!

Paying down the loans is intuitive, easy and straightforward. All managed on the capital one app. The associates are always helpful.

I’ve been trying for months to filter by monthly payment, but the filter doesn’t work at all. Dump this app.

The app has potential, but performance issues make it frustrating to use. It’s noticeably slow to load and often freezes or lags, even on a stable connection. I hope the developers focus on improving speed and reliability in future updates, because the idea behind the app is solid.

Bot kept hanging up on me. Still don’t know potential interest rate after being pre-approved. System keeps wanting me to shop when I already know the car I want to purchase chase

Love the app. Favorites need an option drop down for; years, mileages, price, etc
