    The new feature that track how we drive is totally unnecessary and just make me try feel everything on app is build to blame the driver instead to improve the experience on dasher app The top left button still bugging and make hard to open it Could have a preloaded screen when you are about to drop off a delivery when you don’t have phone service which make me get more time to find a place to finish a order and sometimes need to go to support depending from where we are picking up And if the support can solve a unfair “contract violation “ fast why driver get blame not receive order or get low offer orders

    I dash for 10 hours a day I am consistently a top dash and then the new platinum dasher and was able to dash when I wanted and when I needed and without warning without update I get on today to go dash and all that is gone, I am forced to only be able to work 3-4 hours for 4 dollars an order. I have 2000 dashes and am getting g completely screwed

    You guys need to make it mandatory to tip, how is it fair for people to pay for food and then not tip for the delivery, we are wasting gas on delivering food, and for what? A measly 2 or 3$ with no tip, like come on, that’s not fair, I need money for bills and all I can get is a 0$ tip from a 15-20$ someone bought and ordered, doesn’t that seem kind of unfair, and if it keeps up at a certain point you’re probably going to lose some dashers just from the looks of it, the tip should be mandatory even if it’s just a 1$ tip, and although this might not be seen from customer service I’d still like to put this out just in case it might be seen, we are people too, it needs to be a little fair at least, hopefully the company improves it a little

    Dasher will only allow you to book for like 45 minutes where you might maybe get one order or 2 and be extremely lucky if you get more then 10 dollars in a hour

    I’ve been trying to finish my account, but I cannot get past verifying my ID. It keeps saying that it can’t access camera, but it never asked me permission to access it. I even checked in my settings to turn on the camera, but it doesn’t have that option. whether I look at the DoorDash app or the Camera app, it doesn’t tell me where to give permission to the camera. I waited to be accepted and now that I was, I can’t even make my account!

    Marjen de error por usar un wifi de mi casa cuando me pide verificación por medio de fotografía y al tomar mi primera foto me dice que hay un error y quite mi wifi de mi teléfono que tengo en mi casa para hacerlo mejor para tomar mi segunda fotografía y dice que no pasa la verificación y me desactivan ( dicen que una verificación apareció en New York a las 3:53 am y 4 minutos después la segunda verificación aparece aquí en California ) así me dicen que abuse de la plataforma y que estoy compartiendo mi cuenta en New York, teniendo todo mi récord de trabajo guardado siendo un buen trabajador..

    Every single day that I use this app to work, something goes wrong with the app not functioning and customer service is an absolute joke. From navigation problems that take you out in the middle of the wilderness in a field of grass as an address point, two orders coming in that you cannot see or even click on because the app doesn’t function properly almost ever, or just everything freezing up all the time for no reason I wouldn’t waste your time. Customer service is either bought or they’re really slow in the head and I’m not saying that to be mean, I actually mean it. Whenever their app is the problem, they refuse to fix the problems, and instead of blame you for it, telling you many times a day to keep reinstalling and getting rid of the app repeatedly as if it’s a you problem or your phone problem when it’s actually happening to everybody that’s a Dasher. also, when we get orders that only come through on text and not on the app, there’s no way to possibly accept the order. Therefore, it makes our acceptance rate drop so that we don’t get orders anymore and we get punished for their app mess ups, that they refused to fix. day-to-day driving with this horrible app, you never know what kind of downfall you’re gonna get, but most likely, DoorDash will blame you for it and you will lose money somehow for their issues and their mess ups.

    1. move menu bar from top to bottom 2. require dasher to rake photos on “hand it to me” & “deliver to door” orders 3. move “resume dash” button to the left & “end dash” button to the right 4. add daily/weekly/monthly mileage on dash summary 5. eliminate 3rd party apps ex: everlance • dasher direct 6. keep dasher rating system simple 👍🏼 or 👎🏼 7. option for dashers to rate/block customers 8. stop saturating the market with too many dashers 9. min. $6 per order 10. auto notify customers on stacked orders
