  • iPad version is awful

    The iPad version is literally the iPhone version. There’s giant black bars around the sides. Don’t you use react or flutter? Make a native tablet app and email me and I will change this to a 5 star.

    The app is filled with nothing but issues I keep getting notifications during a delivery to verify my identity in one week I verified it 3 times on the 4th time on Saturday it deactivated my account for no reason and now they are declining my appeal I had close to 900 dollars this week and customer support will not say if I am getting my money because it is now a account that they can’t discuss about even though it was mine my dasher rating was 93/100 no bad reviews but just out of nowhere I don’t have my account absolutely ridiculous and many dashers have this issue and some claim to not have gotten there money as well as me this just happened to me recently so we will see if my money comes through. But don’t be surprised to see yourself getting orders like 4.50 to drive 20 miles u will get many of hoses

    I’ve been working for DoorDash for about a year done over 1500 deliveries and every time I seem to have a problem door dash dose nothing to help no compensation for drivers on BS deliveries

    After over 2 years of doing DoorDash I randomly got deactivated and calling roughly 10 times the past month and half being told it is active, being told to give it a few days, and so forth being passed around left to right. It is absolutely ridiculous especially since half of them can’t seem to understand English half the time and the same thing happened to my brother-in-law.

    The new on time rating was a good idea for people that double app but they have tightened the delivery windows so much that it’s impossible to hit the provided time when you have traffic or god forbid one or two red lights. I no longer take double orders because if you are waiting to pick up the first order it’s covered if you arrive on time and have to wait on the restaurant but the second orders window for pick up won’t adjust and you are dinged for being late so it adds negative time to your overall delivery. It’s all a scam to lower your ratings and once again focus on acceptance rating to balance it. It’s all a scam to keep you chasing platinum…

  • Dispute Limit

    I have been enjoying being a Dasher for Door Dash until I have noticed there is a limit on how many disputes you can make. Drivers should be able to make a dispute at anytime due to traffic, accidents, road closures, etc without a limit. At anytime, something out of the dashers control can make an order late. It's not the dashers fault. I cannot make a dispute on two orders that were late, out of my control completly and it says "try again when I make more orders." In my opinion, this needs to be looked into and DoorDash shouldn't be blaming dashers for things out of their control.

    I’ve tried all day to log back in with my email I been using I called support no help there said my password to my email is not correct when it’s the same one I been using for years. Tried everything with no luck. Said my account was deactivated but support say it’s active. I’m lost

  • ID Verification Trouble

    I’ve been trying to use this dasher app for almost a year now and it won’t let me continue with the sign up process because awhile back I tried to sign up but the ID I had at the time was expired. I now have a new ID card and would like to continue the sign up process so I can start making money.
