    Ive been waiting to get on marketplace for a while now. Im a new business owner and just want to partner with moving help to make money to raise my family of 5. Im young, have a ready team and llc ready to be used. Just want some action taken in getting me on the marketplace but i feel as if my account is being ignored. Ive done everything up to standards.

    I was hoping to sign up, but it’s impossible. I put my on my credentials and the side won’t accept them. For example, my last name there is an error that appears that my last name cannot contain numbers which it doesn’t of course I try to reset my password I don’t get reset emails.

    Use to be a lot better. Now there’s no security for the service providers. No penalties for customers that book and cancel without warning. Business model is centered around making sure they get their money. Service providers are 3rd class citizens now

    Since I started working with moving helper/u-haul it’s been a great experience and a great platform to get into. I haven’t had any technical problems or customer problems everything has been solid. Fully recommend. 👍

    I singed up on the spring. Never received any invites for work and I just found out that they are limited my account for the winter because it’s slow season! This is the most stupid explanation I have heard.
