This is a great app. But one thing I dislike and wish it can be fixed is. Dislike that if refreshes itself too much. When switching between apps. It this was to be taken away so it doesn’t refresh. Then I’d give it a 5 stars. Please fix.

The job is ok. We need higher rates for the blocks being completed. The map is very confusing to use, it is not as accurate when it has you merging to a different freeway. Also, when there’s apartments, they should not allow customers to order more than 5 bags. It can be a hassle and stressful for 1 person when you have to go to a 4th floor delivering 9 grocery packages with water cases. They should pay more for apartment deliveries or not allow customers to order more than 5 bags/packages to be mindful that it’s only 1 person doing these deliveries.

The home page is completely blank and impossible to exit out of without restarting the app completely. And the updates page only populates info when first launching the app. If you exit away from the updates page and go back to it, it’s broken and won’t let you access anything.

They’ve reduced average pay while the gas prices are skyrocketing. Not worth the pay.

I’m 18. It says you have to be 18 or older but when i go to sign up it says i have to be 21. That’s ridiculous this is false advertisement and unfair.

The app needs a reboot. The scanning in process should be as easy as the drop off scanner process. The total should include toll pay if required on the recommended route. The in app map should include the exit number as well as description. Other than that overall the app is reliable and a quick money maker. Will continue to use.

There really is no way in making “extra cash” they only pay you for gas expenses that’s it or in their own word “they pay enough for vehicle expenses “ so for every route you’re only making $10 maybe $20 bucks, if you’re lucky they won’t send you an hour or more away with deliveries being 10-15 mins away from each other. I have tried contacting them about getting some compensation and got denied so I just quit. I will not be over using my OWN VEHICLE for little to no pay!
