Manor Matters

More people would play this game if it returned to its original format without all of the distractions & disruptions, match-three interruptions, & merge madness

I’m joining to everyone who is disappointed by the addition of match 3. This game used to be one of my favorite mobile games specifically because it didn’t have this mini game type. At first when I saw it I thought “it’s fine, even a bit fun to have this variation in levels sometimes”, but soon I started having ONLY match 3 levels, I would get 5 of them in a row and 1 regular level, which kept being same 3 locations from the very beginning of the game. It almost felt like a bug, and I’ve opened a half of the manor already, so it felt out of place. But then the worst part - this lives system instead of energy ruined the game for me. Too much of negative feedback, almost no rewarding feeling after completing even the difficult levels as every time I would see another match 3 one coming I would get disappointed to the point of “I want to hack this game just not to deal with that”. my biggest issue with match 3 itself- for the match 3 it’s ridiculously hard. It’s so luck based that it causes frustration. It feels like the game is now for a different audience, a whole different type of player. It switched from being a nice relaxing experience with sometimes challenging elements to keep you invested to one of those money-seeking disappointing games you play until you ran out of resources and delete forever. It stops player from returning to the game, specifically the players who has spend the most time and sometimes money in it. It’s sad, hopefully the game can be balanced better and improved in the future

Can’t put it down

I love this game and it always had interesting hidden places that I really appreciated when it first came out as well as the renovations but ever since they forced you to play matching levels I’ve stopped using it. I downloaded this one specifically because it didn’t have those kinds of mini games because the App Store is overpopulated with ones like that but it seems mainstreaming is where it’s at nowadays.

It’s fun and keep aware of its scattered toys are not sure it’s every where

Fun but very difficult without spending money

Unfortunately I keep coming back…. But why the frick is there no “reverse” on accidentally merging things???!? Should get at least one “undo”.

It’s too unfair to the players, I’m boosters that constantly fly not to help and destroy the target (airplane, it generally flies randomly in the other direction), or a bomb that destroys one or two cells (why is it needed then, if you can do combination), connecting a firework with another booster does nothing, even if you combine them together. Constantly difficult levels, I come to relax and have more fun, but I get a ton of stress, because every level is super difficult. I even donated to this game, as a result, it all ended in luring money. This was my last donations and the game is useless. I delete.

Can you please just disable the match 3 portion of the game and put it back to the find scenes. I used to spend all my time on this game and now I never play because I hate the match 3 games. It would be great if you would just redo the game to how it was before these updates.

This used to be a game that was super fun for my boyfriend and I to play before bed. Our lives got busy so we stopped for a while and were SO DISAPPOINTED when we came back to the game.. There is little to no search levels.. these were actually so fun because they were challenging. Now it’s just block matching just like every other game ever.. so sad about this. Im sure quite a few people agree.. but I don’t think it will ever be how it used to be
