I constantly get an error message after clicking preview + post. That’s the #1 reason I cancelled my paid subscription. What’s up ManyChat?

It’s great but it’s only allowing me to connect to my Facebook pages which is an issue because I need it connected to my main facebook because that’s where 98% of my leads come from.

I have never been asked for frequently if an app or service provider could sell my personal info. Huge red flag.

I like the idea but the paywall and lack of push notifications when you’ve replied on the app is annoying. I shouldn’t have to clear everything out bc I’ve answered already. Only flagging unanswered questions would be preferred.

It works when it wants. Sometimes it doesn’t work?

The app stopped sending links to people who commented the correct word on my post. I had to start manually doing it bc it stopped. Very frustrating

There is a bug that doesn’t allow Facebook sign in on browser if it was set up in the mobile app. I found this out because I hit my message send cap almost instantly and wanted to upgrade, but you can’t upgrade to business on the mobile app. Want to send a ticket to get help with this issue? You can’t without signing in. Which you can’t do. Want to cancel the entire thing since they only let you send 2,400 messages a month on Pro? You can’t without signing in. Which you can’t do. I finally sent an email through some angle I found while googling and they told me that they’ll help me sign in, but no matter what I would have to cancel my current plan to upgrade to business and that upgrade wouldn’t be able to take place until the month had ended. That’s 10,000’s of messages that won’t be sent out while I wait. I have over 1.5m followers combined on social media and 2,400 messages a month is gone in a day. Business is only 7,000 messages a month if you can even upgrade. In short, use any other auto DM app. There’s another that is Meta approved and you get 30x the amount of DM’a a month. If you have any following on your socials at all, avoid this app. It is poorly optimized and they don’t seem to mind it. Feels like they just stuck the wheels on their code and are scared to go back and adjust anything.
