I sent a question on the app to Help, but nobody answered. Given the fact that I have only a 7 day subscription, not getting an answer within 24 hours is a disappointment. They do not provide support, so I have to guess if the check mark tags the photos that will be kept or those that will be deleted.

The only way to give this app a try is if I sign up for the trial. So I gave the app a try and every - single - time that I would try to use it, the app would crash. I never got to use it. I got charged $39.99 for the yearly membership, I applied for a refund and apple never refunded me because the app claims the subscription is non refundable. This app is a total scam

I was pleased when I first used the app to clean up my contacts. However, the next day when I went to send some texts, I noticed there was a lot of numbers with no names. When I went to my contacts, I found out lot of my contacts had been completely deleted. It appears that I have been able to recover them through Apple, but I don’t know about the contacts I did under Outlook.
