Signed up through the App Store, no service and cannot request a refund until it finishes pending someday. Five days later nothing..

Once upon a time this app was great, It has the Resources in the data base. Unfortunately, they upgraded it. Now it will never remember me once I just move screens, even if I set up biometrics. When you the try to log in the first try says you’ve tried too many times, then you are locked out until you can get them to unlock it. You will be paid full service customer and the app will tell you to upgrade to see the full scope of the item and the prices. When you log in it blocks you as if they hold the Kroger to Fort Knox , then I could not copy and paste as I could in the past . Last defaults seem counter intuitive. I wish this high cost would go into making it accessible to paid members. I have no problem using the free version with limited intel , but once you pay, you can’t even get into the app. Frustrating! I miss the app I enjoyed so much.

Signed up for $400…. Nothing every time i try to use the app its says i need to upgrade… apple has billed me….. try to sign up again, just spins forever…… call customer service… they are “busy” leave message. No response . Call again… leave message… nothing… looks like a scam app

I can’t believe I pay for this service. Every update somehow introduces a new wave of bugs and glitches that never should’ve made it past testing. The app is anything but user-friendly—I constantly find myself fighting the search engine just to get basic information, because it’s so poorly optimized and incapable of handling even simple queries. At this point, WorthPoint feels like one of the laziest, most uninspired companies out there. There’s no way anyone involved is genuinely proud of this product. It’s only a matter of time before someone with real coding, development, and product sense creates a proper alternative—because there’s no way WorthPoint can sustain itself like this. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Worthless app! If it worked it would be amazing but not worth the$$$$$

This product has come a long way. I had quit using this several years ago when all the problems and negative reviews and it seems as if the problems have been fixed and it works well! Ty WorthPoint!

This app charges too much and offers nothing in comparison

After the latest software update, I now have to login every single time I navigate away from the app. Even with the biometric login, the new loading screen/sequence takes forever and has ruined what was previously a very convenient workflow. Also, opening fanfare makes my phone think a video/audio is playing so whatever I’m listening to (podcast/music) is interrupted. And this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the app after looking at something else. Whoever added these “features” clearly does not understand how WP subscribers use the app and what made the substantial fee worthwhile. Now getting the info I need at the pace I need it isn’t any more efficient than trial and error Google searches - and those are free. The category menus/breakdowns are atrocious and completely useless.

For what you pay, the search engine should not be this bad.

I’ve just started using the app but that’s a big problem right from the start. The button is there, prominently but pressing it does nothing. Nothing inspires confidence your expensive items will be handled properly like basic malfunctions (sarcasm)
