    The best stretching app. I’m on Day 7 and I can tell I’m getting more flexible as I follow the program. I started off Day 1 not being able to touch my toes, now as I reach out, I can touch them slightly! The more I do the app the closer I get and I am excited to see where I’m at on Day 30

    It gets me sreched and feel good after it gives breaks so if u are tired u can just stop for 30 seconds it also helps me get flexible and it doesn’t push u so hard and y can say if it is to hard or to easy I love it so much and it puts the things you need help with and puts things to fix them over all it is a 10/10 and for all ages

    Everytime I try to set any of the goals on my daily page it freezes the entire app and I have to close and reopen. Can’t set any step weight or water goals.

    This app is great! I started at intermediate, I’m doing 2 days worth of workouts a day, and now I’m almost half way through advanced. It hasn’t even been a full month and my right split is all the way down! There are 3 problems with this app (in my opinion): First of all, it can be very boring. I have to watch my show to keep from getting bored and quitting. However, this shouldn’t be much of a problem for you if you have lots of patience. Second of all ( ⚠️know this before getting this app! ⚠️), this app might make you think you can get your split in 30 days because it says “30 day split challenge”, but that is likely not true. If you’ve never done splits training, it should take at least 90 days to get your splits. It does 30 days for beginner, 30 days for intermediate, and 30 days for advanced. Lastly, it is harder to get the middle splits compared to front splits, and this app doesn’t have very many stretches that help with middle splits. It only does a few middle splits stretches per session. I found a youtube video that helps get the middle splits faster that I use at least every other day. I would recommend doing some extra stretches for middle splits if you want to keep up with your front splits better. If you want to get your splits, I highly recommend this app!     it kind of worked but the reminders and I thought this was to get to the splits and in the middle of the work out it says the full spits when I can’t do them yet
