Been a big fan of Marylou’s forever….as most of us have been in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond….
Love that I can order from all stores. Love that the prices are the same in app as in store. Love earning 2% back….it makes it cheaper for me to order in app than in store.
There are things I would like to see added but I sense those things will come over time.
Thanks Marylou’s Coffee! Get this app! 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Got a new phone and unable to sign in. Password reset through email sends code, password reset through phone number sends code. Either way when the code is entered it loads to a blank screen. Tried to delete app and reinstall and doesn’t work. Cant check out as a guest because it recognizes my phone number. This app needs major improvements!! The order screen doesn’t give defaults for “regular” so if you don’t know how it’s made you can’t enter the order the way you like.

It’s been weeks and the ordering ahead is shut down. There goes all the reward points I racked up. Disappointing.

Was using the app to order an pay for months. Then would get an error message when try to order ahead. Mentioned it tot the staff. “I don’t know anything about the app”
Today I thought I would delete it and redownload to fix the error. No lucky know can not download the app. Will probably loss the points I had. Ugh☹️

I have been using Marylou’s app for months and loved it. There were some bugs but that was easy to look over.
Now I can’t even order from any location. I keep getting an error that says mobile ordering from the location is not available. This problem has been over a week and there is no one to escalate the issue too.
Can this get fixed?

I like how there is an app to order their coffee, but I don’t think it’s very user friendly. One example is how there’s two sections for flavor shots. One section has a list of flavors and how many shots you want of that flavor, and then the other flavor shot section has a lists that says flavor shot, 2 shots, 3 shots. Shots of what? Like what flavor would I be getting a shot of? Maybe I’m missing something, but I do really wish the app was easier to use. I feel like when I use it, I’m missing out on some great ways to make my coffee even better.

Loads pretty slowly for a small app
When trying to update information, the email box cannot be selected like name or phone number can.
Favoriting items from the cart seems to work randomly, most of the time it does not save the item
