I downloaded the app without reading the reviews for first. I could not figure out how to turn my camera around so I could look at the rash it was doing a selfie mode. Then everything on my screen started blinking and intermittently shutting down. I deleted the app right away.Not sure what was up.

I keep getting different results and most often the message “an error occurred “

I am an ER doc . Used that for a rash which I thought was a dermatitis but it told that it is Candidal infection and I started treatment for that .

Gave different results every time. Advanced scan always asks for another picture but doesn’t have a way to send it except to start over.

I tried the “free trial” and found the answers to be repetitive, then later it just kept asking the same question over and over. Now I can’t figure out how to cancel. Feeling ripped off. Will be really upset if I’m charged.

not worth it save your money

I click on scan, it opens the camera (in selfie mode), and then does absolutely nothing. It won’t scan. I tried clicking on “?Need help” and it takes me back to the start screen. Waste of time and money,

I want a refund.

Gave two possibilities as their results. Neither looked at all like the rash I scanned. Not even close, yet it gave a 97% match. Complete waste of money.
