Sound drops

Sound drops after 20-30 seconds. Using surround sound amp products in our entire house and it’s a dismal failure. Cant get through a single song without it dropping sound and have been trying for weeks. Did all the usual troubleshoots; unplug/disconnect and reconnect.

Should have more options to stream with more apps. Also should have the ability to operate it remotely, ie on cellular data.
Fix the app!!

Sound quality is great. App keeps losing products. It’s a daily mystery whether my system will show up when I open the app.

Alarm doesn’t work

We setup alarm to run every day morning with my specific music track. It would work correctly for 15 days and it would ply some other random track. No matter what we do, it just wouldn’t get fixed. But one fine day, it would auto correct itself. I tried calling the customer service but a bot answers and it’s not helpful at all. If a human can reply back ti me and talk to me, I can explain the problem.

…But lately, it’s been really buggy. Nothing has changed on my end. Same WiFi. Same iPhones used to control the app. It will time out without connecting to a variety of music sources.
