They kept charging me on my card. I had to cancel my card which too many months to do. They are a fraudulent company and service who needs to be reported ASAP.

This thing doesn’t work. It doesn’t even opens any pages after giving profile name and photo. It charges me 34$+ without even buying any subscription. Don’t waste your money here. Totally fraud

This app won’t let me go past creating a profile. Once I add a picture it won’t upload nor create.

I’ve been trying since August to cancel my subscription. It seems like it should be easy in the app, however the ‘submit’ button would never highlight, so I could never get my request in. Finally was able to get the information over to the support team and magically my account was canceled. BE WARNED THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH THEIR APP MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SUBMIT THE REQUEST. I’m going to stick with AirTags and the FindMy App from now on.

This does even work. I cannot even pass the login part. So it’s chafing me without me being about to use it . Which is waste of my money. This need fixing
