Audio just doesn’t work half the time.

When I bought your x5 camera - it had been released only a short time, and there wasn’t much you could do with the video. In just over a year you’ve managed to add amazing features! This includes instaframe and 360 spatial 3d! I wish you success and growth! You’re doing great! Don’t Stop!

App doesn’t open 75% of the time. I have to pull the sd card and get on my computer to get my footage off my camera. i’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it countless times, yet nothing changes.

Why is it when you download your videos, you can’t access it without the camera being turned on? If I downloaded the videos, why aren’t they being transferred to my photos on my iPhone? It doesn’t make any sense.

I like using the iPad to edit videos on my Insta 360. But every time I use it, it crashes without fail. Using the AI tracking will only last at 15 seconds before it crashes. Even playing back my footage will sometimes crash the app. I have an iPad Air 3rd Gen, so it’s not outdated hardware. The app is truly unoptimized since my iPhone 12 can run it without crashing. I’ve tried their remedies and tricks to fix the issue (emptying cache, resetting settings, etc). It is the app itself that is incapable of running properly. The app works perfectly fine on mobile but their iPad port is pissing me off.

Just got a new Luna ultra. Not able to firmware update via latest iOS 27 on an iPhone 17 pro. Had to use my old android to firmware update instead. The developers need to fix iPhone support.
