On episode 6 of the quick little 20min shows and I’ve had to log in 4 different times. Not to mention I’m constantly being bonbarded with pop ups saying i need to purchase VIP even though I literally just purchased it today. So it’s def not expired. The whole app is SCAMMY

I’m a VIP member for most of the major online video streaming platforms, each one is worth it, I have no complaints, I gave them all five stars. The reason I gave Tencent three stars is because every 30 minutes the “Login expires, I have to find my phone to log back on to continue watching my show. It is VERY annoying! It’s the main reason I don’t watch many dramas on this streaming service. None of the other Streaming platform Apps have this feature, which why I might not renew my subscription next year, unless this feature is fixed.

Do not waste money on this app. They charge you for VIP to watch shows, then charge you for specials and some of the shows. Most of shows wanted to watch found out after paid for VIP that I had to rent them. Found on YouTube free instead

I bought in a span of couple of days two memberships for $16 so I can watch a video I got involved with , they stopped showing after two previews and you’re supposed to buy VIP which I did but did not work. I bought again did not work so I want to get a refund good luck to that . There’s no support no support phone numbers no support email Apple won’t refund and if you want to call them you have to call long distance because they’re in China. I bought $16 worth of air not video.

I subscribed and paid, but never got access to anything other than the free content. Customer service is a joke. What kind of company accepts payment for a service, then refuses to give the customer access to said service. I don’t know how many people have had the same experience, but as far as I’m concerned, one is too many.

I bought the annual subscription only to find out that if you want to watch certain content, you have to pay more. that is just ridiculous and a cash grab. I’ll be canceling my subscription and advise people not to purchase something where you have to pay and then pay more.

I am willing to pay the subscription for the VIP version to watch the shows I’m interested in but every time I attempt to purchase it just spins and says waiting on apple. I’ve tried logging out and back in, deleting and re downloading the app, and logging in different ways. Even went to the website on PC but it doesn’t give an option to pay on PC only a QR code to scan to go to the app, which puts be back where I started.

Finally found an app to binge watch “perfect world “ and other peak Donghua 👌🏾

With no VIP I can’t even watch a full ep

I tried to watch the new Soul Land movie and I’m a quarterly subscriber; why I’m I being asked to pay $4 to watch it? Soul Land is the only reason I needed this app ☺️🥰 I don’t see other movies asking for payment 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ please help ❣️
