Cannot even create profile step 1 of 3? Huh...

After connecting to Comcast in app. It will not allow you to continue past entering info for profile. Frozen. Reinstall. Reboot. Reattempt multiple times. All wasting my time. Not impressed if I can’t even sign into app.

Why are you charging people who have a Cable connection. Say I can watch it with my cable and then proceeds to tell me I need to pay $19.99. Ricketts family what are y’all doing????

Bring back WGN. Why am I paying to watch the Cubs? A pure money grab from pathetic Cub fans. To answer my question, I live near Chicago and my favorite team is blacked out (MLB TV) when playing against Chicago. I can watch many better clubs on MLB for a lower price.

I’m not sure what any of these reviews are talking about. It does its job, I have never had an issue, I get inside coverage on teams like cubs and the bears and updates me on anything important happening with the sports teams it covers on the app. I think this app is fine.

Brother give me my money back. This is embarrassing for an organization. Put your games back on WGN

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

I use both my phone app and Samsung smart tv integrated app, and both experiences are equally awful. For the price, how have they not hired someone capable of adding basic viewing features like skip 15 seconds forward? Or being able to watch on my timing. If I start the game late, I’m able to start from the beginning, but there’s no way to catch up other than “live.” If the game has already been completed, I can’t even watch it until it airs again, at which point I still cannot skip through commercials or slow downs in play. PLEASE add the ability to skip forward. PLEASE allow your loyal customers and fans to watch on their own time. You have one product that people come to your app for and pay good money for. And they can’t even watch it if the timing isn’t right. Oh, and Cubs, please extend Kyle Tucker and PCA.

With the latest update, the app for AppleTV doesn’t get past the fancy new splash screen. Unusable in other words. But at least the marquee logo flickers now?!
