Website is very pretty , ordering on line? 1 out of 5….

The site refused my password and email on an account I have had for years. I constantly have to change my password (every time I order) but this time it even said my email didn’t exist. Ridiculous.

I love Williams Sonoma, but your app sucks. CONSTANTLY crashing. Can’t add to cart, closing itself, weird restrictions or actions when you try even looking at an item. You guys need to fix this ASAP. You’re way too expensive to be having a constantly buggy app.

Easy ordering and surfing merchandise.

First, this app is on the struggle bus: it’s slow, it freezes up, and I got the wheel of death as many times. I was trying to order some “Best Selling Williams Sonoma Classic Aprons”—the ones that they sell year round. I wanted to order 4 personalized aprons. I had to enter the personalization every time I ventured from my cart, or I had to get out from a frozen screen or the wheel of death, which got old—fast. When I went to check out, 3 of the 4 aprons were on backorder; which there wasn’t much I could do about that. I finally said “nope. Too expensive of an apron for this much effort.” I deleted the app and will shop at Sur la Tablé from now on. They are cheaper anyway.

The quality and the efficiency of the selected products keeps me as a frequent shopper over decades of Williams Sonoma. Now I’m living in Palm Springs so I’m taking advantage of the practicality of the app.

Exceptional products on an app that flows. Can’t ask for much more than that.
