It couldn’t even connect to my bank what a shame

For the annual cost and the efficiency of the app this is a great deal.

DIV Tracker App worked great until it didn’t. I woke up to a blank screen. I’m hoping the developers can revive it.

Two of my portfolios disappeared with the latest update.

I’m not writing this review because the app isn’t good, it actually works well when it’s accessible. I’m writing it because I was disappointed with how a complaint I made was handled. I couldn’t access the app unless I used a VPN, so I sent this message to support: “Hi team, I’m a paid annual user, but I haven’t been able to access DivTracker unless I use a VPN. I’m based in Nigeria, and it seems there’s a regional routing issue blocking direct access. Could you please look into this? Thanks.” The response I got was simply: “Hello, Thanks for your email. Our servers are managed by Google so I’m afraid I can’t do anything about it. Best.” As a paying user, I expected more professionalism and empathy. However, I can’t shake the feeling that I was somewhat profiled after mentioning that I was experiencing the issue from Nigeria.

The app is really great. But it shows I’m getting much higher dividends each month than what I think I am. When it clears on my app Robinhood, does not reflect as high as what is shown in this app?

Very first feature listed is to link accounts. You cannot even do the first thing it lists this app does without paying!!!! Why not list the things people can do without paying??? This is a switch and bait (illegal) act. Saying you can do things and then as soon as someone downloads the free app - go “everything we listed you have to pay for.” I will be glad to see this company sued for these illegal practices.

The only thing I want added is maybe a roc calculator and a federal/local tax break down of dividends. Oh or even simpler qualified versus non qualified based on portfolio data. Still for what it cost does more than others in tracking dividend at higher cost to the users. Does this sound like a paid ad lol.

I am able to link my portfolios to the app to track my dividends. Only con I see so far is that it only refreshes once or twice a day so it’s not real time.
