The best tool ever!!!!!

The costumer services friendly, the app save me time every day at my delivery route. I highly recommend if you want to take you business to the next level.

This program works well

We have used several different routing apps and this has been the worst one. The software puts at least one stop in a random place nowhere close to the actual address every week for us. It also defaults to GPS coordinates which sends our drivers through alleys and to people’s backyards. We’ve had to come up with our own workarounds for the parcel count not showing up for our drivers at stops. When we’ve tried to chat with customer service for help, they have given us initial replies to say they’re checking with their team but then will leave the issue for several weeks with no answer. We will not be using Zeo any longer. It has been nothing short of useless for us.

I love the app been using it for years but it just started crashing every time I try to open it hope they fix it soon

Good app but it freezes every time you change apps on the phone

The app supposedly has a feature that allows you to write in custom reasons for failed deliveries, but it simply does not work. It clearly shows them in the system, but the drivers cannot access them. When trying to reach support, I have to wait 15+ minutes between replies, and they are effectively useless as they either don’t fully respond to my questions or just don’t know.
