  • Frequent App Crashes

    The app crashes ALL THE TIME. No matter what you are doing in the app, there is risk of it crashing. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that it did help me improve my swing on the first day I used it as a beginner. However, 100% of the time, the “Personal Video Lessons” crash the app. At first the personal video lessons get stuck “processing” and then the app consistently crashes. Will likely cancel after the free 7 day trial and look for another app with swing analysis.

  • Works but close to being a scam given the lack of support with customer service

    I want to love this app. However the support I have gotten from the company is awful. Their customer service email doesn't work. They are quick to take your money however. Also they charge you extra for the ability to share access but no clear way on how to do that. Garbage

  • App crashes during personal lessons

    The swing analysis works great but when I try to use the personal lesson feature the app crashes. Not worth paying for if the app doesn’t work properly.

    At first, when I got the app, I thought it was really useful and good but then I realized how often it miss reads everything and then I started paying the subscription for it to see if it would get better and then about two weeks later I tried to upload a video from my last one and it wouldn’t load a video at all and would get stuck at 99% rather than tell me what I was doing wrong overall horrible app and the developers pay no attention to it

    On first glance, the app looks like it would be great, but it isn’t. Crashes anytime I try to create the personalized training plan. Don’t waste your time like I did.

    It couldn’t tell what was a swing and what wasn’t. Recorded the wrong things. Worse yet, my two highest “swing” scores were for times it recorded me just getting into position and addressing the ball. This gave me less than zero confidence in the analysis

    Trying to upload videos is it an absolute joke during a real time swings it doesn’t capture the swings and the tailored lessons do it again, do it again no do it again your arm is not straight enough. I almost hurt my shoulder. Therefore, I canceled the subscription.

    I was using the app and was walking away form the recording and it just started fixing how I walk instead of my swing. If you want a better experience you have to up grade which I don’t want to send money.

    I was surprised at the low ratings it was giving on my swings so I decided to put a video of Rory’s swing to see what it would give him. I kid you not it gave him a 5.9 out of 10.

    it thinks my bottom arm is my front when it comes to locking front arm and doesn’t even give full analysis on swing plus it gives one pro for reference the same one everytime like they think he has the perfect swing this app is useless and it’s not good for you to mess or tweak with your swing get a rhythm and the basics mechanics not mr pro golfer mechanics in this app
