I can NEVER block dashers on the portal. I’m tired of having to use customer support chat and then being told I can do it on the portal. I know I can when the portal works which is very seldom.

Great site to update and conduct business with DoorDash as a business owner. Easy to deal with.

Often the app doesn’t like to load correctly and reloads in the middle of trying to respond to a review or reporting a dasher. Makes it so that you can’t use either function properly and sometimes you can’t use them at all. Love being able to edit menu items and see sales from anywhere just wish it all loaded better.

Even after the update you can’t block dashers in the app. When you go to type the reason why it just goes blank. This needs fixed immediately

Been a Dash merchant for almost three years, one of my worse business decisions. Working on weening ourselves from it. App is awful and if you need support, well good luck!

Pretty easy to use and has almost all the functionality you need. That said you can kind of tell the new florist addition wasn’t fully fleshed out. I am really hoping soon we can have form fields for buyers that allow them to add a personal message to their recipient. I would also like to see a set up question asking your average wait time for deliveries as floral deliveries are much different than food.
