    I try opening the app and it closes immediately I can’t see my schedule and I need to request certain days off really soon….

    This app has made significant improvement since I first started, I highly recommend tech savvy associates or those getting a acquainted with smart devices to get this app to promote timely clock ins and for those with disabilities who have trouble moving around to utilize this user friendly app.

    Let me use the app for three days to clock in and out then now the only thing I can do is report an absence rebooted deleted and reinstalled put in a ticket and still nothing

    I don’t have access to the time clock in my state using this app. Please update in the future to allow wifi and location tracking to insure associates are in the club to activate time clock. Thank you.

    The app is basic and annoying. Why can’t it be built like me@walmart? When I worked there I could clock in and out easily without using the Web app on BYOD. You can’t see the entire schedule, paycheck details etc… the me@walmart app is so much better and y’all should make the investment to improve the me@samsclub app. 🫤
