I don’t watch it on my tv is just watch it on my phone and the app works fine and rarely buffers. So in that aspect the app does it’s job well

I have only been able to see one game in 4 since I paid for the streaming service. It doesn’t work at all as promised. That one game was on my computer and it doesn’t work on my IPhone 15 or my Roku option despite indicating that it works

MLB SHOULD SANCTION The Os for this awful app

The AppleTV app is a terrible experience. I have to authenticate it every time I open it and even after going through all that it won’t always stream live tv - it just buffers forever. Even when it works I get terrible resolution most of the time. The app itself is clunky and looks like barely any effort was put into it. I hate having to use this app when i’m already paying for MLBTV.

When the game actually plays, navigating the live tv feature is next to impossible and extremely frustrating. In addition to how poorly the app performs, there is no customer support. The only support option is to email, which I have done several times with no response.

I purchased the season pass for $89.99. Later, I got notice that I paid $95.00 after taxes. Now I wish I had never subscribed. It doesn’t let me record the games, and I can’t even rewind to watch a play again. I tried opening the app on my iPad, used the code I got in my email, and it still wouldn’t let me watch the live game. I originally got the Fubo app, and that worked fine, but Fubo had barely any other channels I watch. WORST APP EVER!!!!!

App Doesn’t Work

I was a big supporter of the app the last couple seasons. “Yeah, it has its problems, but at least you can watch baseball”. That’s not the case any more. Then MASN has the audacity to charge 20/mo for a service that provides nothing? NOTHING. No channels ever seem to work. It looks like they’ve never even heard of the term UI/UX. It’s clearly written by some high schoolers interning using ChatGPT to “code” that don’t actually know what they’re doing. MASN, I beg of you, do better. Refund everyone who got the subscription, take the app off the App Store until you can do better. We’ll all thank you for it.

I purchased the annual streaming option from MASN and was extremely excited about it. The Live TV option doesn’t work at all through the app on my Apple TV. I reached out to customer support and have heard nothing. It’s very frustrating to be paying for a service and not be able to access the content.

I had passed on and was surprised to be given a phone with this app as the only available option. This appeared to me to be crueler than eternal fire. I write this review to those above with the recommendation to be good. Be good my friends.
