Imagine opening the app to pay during the world cap and the payment page not opening … i can’t imagine how much they lost that night

App doesn’t work. Don’t pay anything for word cup

asked me to subscribe to watch world cup semi final 1 and i couldn’t even play it live! 24$ gone!

Paid for the worldcup package, all the matches kept stopping, and slow, and I have to keep refreshing. Internet is fast but the app is just too bad.

The worst experience I had with a paid service. I payed a fair amount to watch the world cup games and in every game the connection drops at least 10 times. The worst experience was during the Egypt vs. Argentina game, where the connection dropped like 20 times before completely disconnecting and not starting again despite me closing the app and reopening it, and checking my connection which was fine. Horrible service 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very bad connection when there is an important football match. I don’t recommend it at all

The World Cup games keep interrupting because of exceeded device limit but it’s not true, I only have two devices logged in, I tried everything the bot says, and when I try to reach for customer support, no one answers, it’s very frustrating!!!

It’s great when it works, but mostly “Error…..” 😡
