12.99 a month is a lot imo, you can do the embroidery designs from the app “store” upload your own images, takes a second to figure out and for the most is almost an exact replica. Drawing your own designs, especially with the layers so you can trace over your designs from your photos would be amazing if you were able to select, copy, paste and flip so you can keep identical design areas cohesive, and I would absolutely consider the price worth it if those options were there, although I was super grateful the drawing part had smoothing feature lol It’s a decent app, just needs some tweaks to make the price worth it again imo

I was excited about sublimation . I’m not anymore this app and printer are garbage!

I am an older person using this app. It needs to be available on a laptop. I have tried to use it for clothing labels and can’t get it to print smaller. Then it says I am using the wrong hoop. I only have two options. I’m beyond frustrated. I have read through the reviews and the responses are on repeat with no solutions.

The app consistently crashes when attempting to transfer a drawing

The machine was very expensive for a hobby I will do a few times a year. Paid $$$$$ for machine, should not have to pay for subscription too! If you need to charge for images, give the option to purchase images individually.

Considering this app is priced similarly to Cricut’s monthly subscription, the functionality is extremely limited in comparison. Many basic tasks such as cleaning up personal files or merging multiple Brother machine images to avoid repeated color changes require being redirected to other software platforms which cost additional fees. For the cost, I expected far more built-in tools and a smoother, all-in-one experience. Unfortunately, the value just isn’t there.

I have an existing Artspira account and have purchased a design or two for which I could still have access IF I could log in. I got a new phone and tried to open Artspira which now only wants to put me at the create account page, even after hitting the log in button, even after deleting safari cache and dumping and reloading the Artspira app. I am paying too much for this and Brother is no help.

I’ve tried going through the trouble shooting and can’t even use my printer as the app won’t link any longer to it since the recent update

I got a Brother sewing and embroidery machine and downloaded this app to easily transfer embroidery to my machine. The app crash and close suddenly, I started free monthly trial and don’t believe people pay this price for this. The app doesn’t let you edit an embroidery, only choose the thread line colors. For the price, this app should have same edit options as many others you see online. It was also nice to see this app with desktop version, so you can create and edit embroidery files in your computer. This app need lot of improvement before start charging expensive plans to get few embroidery files options
