This app is absolutely terrible. I would 100% recommend anybody to stay away from this. My solar account got banned, but I didn’t get any explanation as to why I had to go on a month-long expedition to figure out why my TikTok shop was banned and sport wasn’t very helpful either.

With all the false violations its not worth it they will freeze your account with your money in it appeals never work and you can open a billion tickets and get the run around until you give up and lose your shop this is the worst they want you to fight for them for the US ban but they wont fight for you.

This app is getting better day by day

I'm still having a little difficulty using the app as I'm still learning, but overall it's very good

I feel that there are several complications when adding items and selecting the categories. I sell hats and I lose my items hats. I try my items and cannot be listed. I do not know how to list product on here for that reason.

Submitted all my information was accepted and then now I can’t access my information through this app, says it’s not connected. CS isn’t helping. Can’t list any products to showcase, just all around terrible.
