    I’ve played this game since the Zabu season (almost at a 20k collection level) and I just can’t do it anymore. Too much money. Too many micro transactions, too many cards and not enough natural ways to acquire them without spending money. You think that Second Dinner is listening to their community but they’re not.

    August 2025: The filter for sorting cards when assembling a deck is not working. Please fix! Also, please stop deleting parts of my review! Early May 2025: The game crashes after every match. Why? After 1 year of playing: People who play the game understand. Why is EVERY NEW CARD 6,000 points to buy??? Also, do Max Grecke variants exist anymore? Haven’t seen one in the shop for literal WEEKS. Insanity!

    Not only does the game require you to pay your way into tournaments with tickets but also wish the game had a better earn system for getting variants and wish there was one currency for upgrading both mastery and variants because the amount of mess this game has now compared to its launch counterpart is undoubtedly drowning but nonetheless i’ll still be playing since it is an addicting game love it but wish base cards were unlock-able for everyone and season pass was only a way to get variants for said card

    i have played this game near daily for almost 3yrs now, but the devs have shown we are nothing but cash cows to them. card acquisition is so expensive with the value of a new card being priced at about $100…for one card…in a card game. the game does have some methods to obtain cards for free, but at the rate that they come out with new cards it is impossible to keep up with out spending $30+ per month. you definitely do not need to own every card (i’ve been playing and paying for 3 years and still do not). but it is no longer not keeping up, the game is actively pushing people who don’t pay months behind those who do. it was fine when $10 a month was the expectation, but it is now expected of you to pay $30 a month or fall completely behind in the meta game. competitive aspect aside, the whole fun of a card game is playing and experimenting with new cards.

    I know what people are saying on here …. Pay to win… don’t waste time. I think people might just be negative these days. This game is brilliantly done. It feels like each game you play there’s a different outcome or way to play it. Its cosmetics are amazing. It keeps you engaged and there’s plenty of stuff on YouTube to learn how to play. This game rocks tbh

    They milking this game like crazy. They don’t treat us like players, they treat us like money bags. Don’t recommend this game by now. If u are new u can’t keep up unless donating tons of money

    If the point of customer service was to make you wait steal your money and then blame you for it I’d give them 5 stars. However I’d then have to give them a 1 because the game is a buggy mess and the devs don’t care to fix anything if it doesn’t impact revenue directly
