Every time there is an Apple update, something goes wrong with the app. You might think it’s Apple’s fault. But it’s gone beyond that. The HP app signs you out of HP everything and frequently doesn’t let you sign back in until you either buy something or contact Customer Support which is a trick in & of itself. Would not buy another HP printer!

Can’t print from my phone anymore. Can’t figure out what the problem is.

This device has everything I need for printing except for speed- other than being very slow, its print quality is excellent

I was so disappointed after I unboxed and set up this ET-2850 that it didn’t have an automatic document feed (have to open the cover and copy one sheet at a time). I’ve had it quit printing for 3-4 months and can’t get it to set up again. My son got it started for me somehow but when I tried to print after he went home it would not print again. Ive tried several times to use EPSON SMART PRINT but I always hit a roadblock. I’ll have to take back to the Geniuses at Best Buy and see what they can do. Basically I hate this printer but love the huge ink tanks which potentially will save a lot of money for me.

No information to get out after 3 day trial. A 7 page terms and conditions but no paragraph on termination.

If you buy a hp office jet with the ink option and decide you don’t want it, HP will prevent use of the printer.

This app sucks, constantly having to trouble shoot the printer. The app will say it’s not online but then on the printer it says connected.
