Your people are nice and eventually fix the problem. However, I shouldn’t have to call tech support so often to print or scan on my unit. I’ve paid for your ink subscriptions and now wireless access to the printer and constantly have disconnect issues. This is very disappointing and I won’t recommend HP anymore. Despite my loyalty and money spent the products don’t function as one would expect.

My iPad says ink is empty, I filled all the ink, wont update to my iPad will not send files to printer.

I used to have this app & liked. I used it mostly for printing. Also a couple other things. Then when I changed my router & modem I had trouble with this app getting my printer on the new WiFi. Moved to HP app. Not thrilled with it either. Came back to check this one again. Now you can’t even get past paying or the free trail time. 👎🏼 for someone on a low income & is disabled that turned me off. Glad I left. All companies want is your money.
