If I could rate it a zero star I would. This app blocks all phone calls and when it doesn’t and I answer the phone it take 20 seconds to finally be able to talk to the other end of the call. I need to fully deactivate this account and delete it as soon as possible. But their customer support DOESNT EXIST AT ALL. I have been trying to reach them via email and calling them and they never respond or answer. This app is NOT good for someone in the first responder profession which I am in.

Trying to delete this app is horrible. No interface to speak with anyone, all my calls are getting blocked and forwarded and need my phone for work. Disappointing experience and customer service.

I’m writing this review to let pple know that while this app does remove your data, it screens your contact list and even though that number is in your contact list it will record the call if you have a large contact list it could deem it as spam. That’s alarming to me, I just wanted the app to protect me from data brokers not my contacts list. Keep that in mind when you download this app.

This app seemed very useful at first until every email stated that unless you’re in California they don’t remove your data. Spent hours on the app and it’s basically the same list of businesses that have my info but won’t get rid of it because I’m not a California resident. This should be stated before people just waste their money on this app.

When using cloaked guard you have no access to the number pad for the incoming call so if you need to press a number you are unable to. I had to disable this protection so I can let people into my neighborhood.

I get less and less spam calls.

The CallGuard feature is a mess. It was so bad that I turned it off and it still won’t let any calls through. I’m missing work and doctor calls. My partner’s calls aren’t coming through

After giving a try for a couple months i cancelled subscription and it says that my protection will end in 30 days, the app stopped working after a week and now shows expired. Subscription and billing on this app does not work well, i can’t use even a promo that you sent me, because billing page layout does not take the offer.

I sign up and says my number was already has an account, how if I haven even created and account have this number for 5 years now don’t think this appt has 5 years bogus

I really wanted Cloaked to work because the idea behind it is great. During the first few months, it seemed to do a good job removing my information from legitimate data brokers, and I even noticed fewer spam calls. Unfortunately, after a recent update that added hundreds of new “removals,” my experience changed. The app started sending deletion requests to companies I’ve never done business with. Instead of reducing my exposure, I began receiving emails asking me to verify or complete my personal information so they could process my request—the exact opposite of what I wanted. It gives me the impression that the app is adding as many companies as possible, regardless of whether they actually have your data, to make the service appear more appealing. The phone screening feature has never worked properly for me despite following the setup instructions, and I rarely use the VPN because it often prevents me from accessing websites. To make matters worse, my spam emails have noticeably increased. I’m waiting for the next actual scan in August before deciding whether to keep my subscription or cancel it.
