Our girl Fin LOVES P&P. From the time she hears that she is going to see her friends at daycare she is going wild at home. When she gets to daycare she knows them and runs into their arms as if she belongs to them…they love and take care of her the same as we do at home. Everything from lodging, to grooming, to playing while er hang out…..P&P…You have an amazing establishment for all! We love it!! Looking forward to the outdoor area this summer. It’s great to leave home and bring our dog with us rather than leaving her in a kennel and her being sad, by the time we get home she is completely exhausted! She has a blast and we get to sit back enjoy the bands, dinner, a drink….its perfect! Keep doing what you do!!

If daycare is full why not just set a quantity limit in that field and not allow users to request the specific service once that limit is met? And/or let users know how many spots are available/left? Waiting for someone to manually approve or reject your request is exhausting, and making you go back into the app to request another day (sometimes this process goes on for multiple days) until you find a day that’s available is an inefficient use of time for everyone. Also would be great if the app was transparent with prices for add-on services. It seems that’s standard for service apps to let you know how much that item costs while you’re ordering a product/service.

We have been going to Bri for many years with Clara our Golden doodle. When Bri came over to Paws and Pints we were not happy with the cut or service. We followed Bri over. My wife and I are so excited to have Clara back with Bri. Clara recognize Bri right away and started giving nose kisses. Which I have to say Clara deserves noses kisses to just the very best people in her life. Clara walked out like a Diva with her new cut. Great cut and I will let Clara share anything else if you run into her at Paws and Pints!!

This looks like a very cool place with lots of amenities and fun things to do with your pup. The biggest problem here is that you HAVE to use the app to get into the place. You shouldn’t have to download an app to visit a dog park. We ended up downloading the app since we were already there and after uploading a copy of our dog’s records (which was also a pain because who has this readily available?) we were turned away because they don’t accept handwritten records. We tried to visit, but there is just too much unnecessary friction to get in the door. I really hope they change their policy to make this more accessible because it looks like a really great place to hang.

It’s a ways for us to travel, so we can’t do a monthly membership, but worth every penny of the $10 day pass. All the staff are wonderful. Play areas for the dogs are amazing. Food and drinks were awesome. We’ll definitely be back. I only wish there was a schedule posted for the lawn sprinklers. My 70+ year old mother got soaked when three turned on right next to the pic nic table she was sitting at. Luckily for us, she was a good sport about it.
I work here and wouldn’t leave my dogs anywhere else

I may be the GM of the Mo’Tail & Spaw but there is no other place I would leave my dogs. I trust my own fur kids here because I know the level of service and passion the staff has for our dogs. There is not a single person on staff I wouldn’t trust with my own dogs and I think that says a lot. Everyone sets high expectations for the level of care for the dogs staying with us. I personally believe the true sign of trust is being able to leave your own babies in the care of someone else. And I promise, your babies are safe and loved by us. I’ve seen many instances of dogs getting extra cuddle time, extra let outs, and extra services just because our staff has compassion and understands that lodging is stressful. We wouldn’t be in this industry if we didn’t love dogs. The fact that I see everything that goes on and would still leave my dogs here with full confidence is why I’m leaving this review. I’m not biased when it comes to my babies. They deserve the best- and Paws & Pints is it. I’ll never take my dogs somewhere else.

My husband’s dad passed last week and we were scrambling to find a boarding facility for our pups. We dreaded having to leave them as they had just come from a HORRIBLE experience at another facility. I am beyond thankful for Paws and Pints! If you haven’t been inside let me give a completely unfiltered review.. WOW! Not only is this the most amazing place I’ve ever seen, the staff are like animal whisperers! They genuinely love every pet like their own. There’s an app that puts everything from boarding, grooming, training, medical and a hangout you can bring your fur babies to at your fingertips and you don’t wait days for a response either. I think the longest I waited was three minutes! We are beyond grateful to everyone there, especially Angie who spent the extra time to re assure me when she heard about their last experience. We will only be using Paws and Pints for our needs in the future and for anyone looking for a place that will love your babies as much as you do, don’t just take my word for it. Give them a call! Thank you to everyone there who gave us peace of mind in an already emotional time, you’re worth your weight in moon rocks!

The rooms on the website vs the app are different sizes.
The app doesn’t apply any discounts for membership you have toward the lodging bill if you pay through it.
No kids policy

Apparently there’s a kids policy here that isn’t spelled out in the app, showed up with the kids and couldn’t get in. Sad :(
