    I have been working steadily for since October 2023; however I wasn’t seeing real results. Sure I was sweating and sore, but no results in fact I put on weight. Not to mention I changed my eating during the summer of 2023. Now with that change I saw some results, but most importantly I feel better than ever. Now since joining the app. I feel the burn like never before and the eating plan through it seems like much looking at the list. It’s not and the meal I try tried was delicious and feeling. Thank you.

    Love this app! This app does EVERYTHING. FROM MEAL PLANNING TO WORKOUTS, TO PILATES. THERE’S EVEN CHALLENGES TO KEEP YOU MOTIVATED AND ENGAGED!! I have only been using this app for about a week, but so far, I’ve been sweating my butt off! I love how most exercises are designed to be done without equipment and have a range from easy to hard, so you can choose which level you want to begin at depending on your own comfort level. And for THE BIGGEST WIN OF ALL the workout options contain PILATES classes for those who want to sculpt and lean! For those workouts you do need the basic Pilates equipment though: ring, tape, ball, resistance band. All the equipment that you’ll need is listed under the work out which makes it easy for you to prepare before getting started on your workout. You can also meal plan and get recipes from this app. The meal prep plan is designed and trailered to fit your goals and needs. (I wasn’t expecting that when I got the app. It was a happy surprise). Another win for this app, from a technological perspective, is that you can play your own music in the background through the app without missing a beat. The app automatically turns your music down when instructions are being given, although the music cuts back on too soon for the in depth exercise explanations. But I don’t mind pushing pause, hearing the instructions then cutting my music back on. Most apps don’t have this feature and I’m shuffling between two different apps simultaneously which impacts my work out.

    Some of the workout programs are only three times a week. I wish their was an option of clicking in between other programs without losing the current one. The off days that I get I can use it for another workout program.

    I have been doing the exercises on YouTube & decided it was time I invest in the app. I love their workouts and I mostly love doing it in the comfort of my own home. The only thing I don’t really like about the app is that I can’t cast to my TV without mirroring my whole phone but other than that I think this is an awesome app & great investment into your health and fitness journey if you’re not able to make it to the gym or like me you feel lost when you go to the gym because you don’t really know what to do.

    I’m have been on my weight loss journey for the last few years. I started by getting a visual trainer but this app had change my mind. Everything is included fitness and visual training I really appreciate it. I can’t wait to finally reaching my weight loss goals.
