Once all the requirements have been met, you can either sell the building and receive a lump sum or rent it out and collect income over time. To make your job easier, you can upgrade your truck's drill power, speed, and capacity, and even customize it with a fresh coat of paint. You can also hire up to three workers to help you grind stones and deliver materials to the factory. But be careful not to overload your truck, but you can always upgrade your truck’s capacity!
