    under each transaction under “merchant type” it’s in spanish. i do not know spanish and my app is clearly in english. why would spanish be randomly in each transaction?

    New version no longer works on my iPad 4. I am not spending $1,000 on a new machine, when the older one - only six years old - works perfectly well. Many denials of large deposits. Paying off my mortgage was a nightmare with this bank. Disconnected my external account after denying legitimate transfers. Customer service is also a nightmare, especially with a flip phone, as it will not transmit tones to the automated going through multiple authentication steps. Then they transfer you to someone else and you have to go through the whole deal all over again. I have sent hours trying to get through to and speaking with multiple representatives to resolve one issue, which should have never occurred in the first place. This has happened multiple times. Now to log in from a computer, you must call them after entering username and password, to get a code. You have to punch in your debit card number and who knows what else to get the code to log into your account. Way too much trouble. This bank has been a nightmare. I would not recommend it to my enemies. 10/20/2024 This bank holds one’s money hostage. It was a nightmare trying to pay off my mortgage through ACH transfers to the mortgage company. I had to pay extra interest because they would deny multiple times. They are very uncaring and customer service has been a disaster. Now almost every attempt at a transfer of my funds is denied. The account is now locked. I have explained in advance what I planed to transfer and they still deny and lock me out. I now have to get in my car and drive half an hour to a branch. This is not online banking. This has been the worst banking experience of my life. If I could rate them minus 50 that would be generous.
