Tried signing up and says I'm doing it too many times?to try again in a loop.

I can’t hardly do anything on the app it freezes up so much every time I use it anyway. I can’t use it most of the time and it just this app I have perfect service. I don’t know it’s been awful.

Without notice I’m being cut off unless I pay for this voip phone. What a shock. Now I have to scramble to replace the app. I sure would have appreciated a couple of weeks to decide what I wanted to do. It says it’s free. Also the spam has gotten out of control. You can no longer use this app with your own VPN. I used my VPN successfully with never a difficulty until next week. Now I have to buy theirs which I will not do. I’m so disappointed. I have important connections on this app and now I will have to notify them that I must do something else. Why do they feel like they have to completely change the game. Beware if you use your own VPN as they will try to force you to buy theirs. Their a1 chat is horrible Even paying I can’t make calls.

Downloaded this app to talk to my family, than it logged me out and said my account violated its rules like what? How did ii violate your rules and why are you watching what ii text my people, its a texting app ..

Can’t talk to a real person haven’t received my sims card

I am soooooo tired of getting blocked for “violating terms of service” aka texting too much. Why would you pay for service from a place that is just going to block you for using it? NOWHERE on the terms of service does it say it will block you for texting too much. It mentions sending harmful links, spam texting, etc, but NOWHERE does it say you can’t text beyond a certain amount. So if you happen to be speaking to someone in an important ongoing conversation you’ll suddenly get blocked for 24hrs just for using their service. I would pay every week if they didn’t pull this stupid nonsense.

TextNow keep closing all my accounts for no reason I don’t recommend this app at all

The textnow app has updated and I’m not even sure how to login to my account because I’ve had my textnow account for years before they started asking for emails, I didn’t sign up with an email so I don’t see how to log back into my account

Got a notification from TextNow promising a $30 reward for completing my profile. What I actually got was a fake “gift card” that still made me pay money to use it. Super misleading and dishonest. If it’s not fixed, I’ll be reporting this as false advertising.

I love textnow. I like how it’s a free texting app, like that’s cool and all but you need premium for verification codes?? And when I receive spam calls, I need premium to check who it is. Also there’s been this problem where like 11 seconds into the call, I can’t hear the person I’m calling.
