    Why am I paying Quickbooks monthly fee? Then paying a fee for ‘Instant deposit’ and rather than getting my payments instantly (like they use to do and call it ‘instant deposit’) on top of that, manually having to go into their go pay app to pay an additional big fee to get my money ‘instantly’ a second time over, only to have to wait days that customer reps can never tell you how long that exactly will be? Or, like today, the QB rep telling me it has been released to my bank so I call my bank, who does not have a history of making up excuses and ‘so surprised this is happening’, but my bank sees nothing on my account or their backend so confirm it is QB issue. Then QB urges you to use their QB checking account (so you don’t have to pay all those fees) with a shiny new card that they fail to mention is powered by GREENDOT (which is a prepaid visa most online merchants won’t accept and forget it if you try linking greendot with anything). Oh and by the way it is very easy to accidentally click yes on the pop up that will randomly show, to turn everything over to QB checking with an accidental click of a button and then takes forever to shutdown plus you have to have every single penny out of that account before it can be closed. ………trust me. Go with a different company. I ask why would I be such a glutton for punishment? I’ve been way too busy to switch to another company. Memory? Forget it. QB knows that’s a problem with a lot of small businesses. And that my friends, that is how they survive.

    Hands down one of the worst payment processors out there. Constant withholding of your deposits. They maximize charging you fees if you have to refund the customer. I was fed up after the 6th withheld deposit, they withheld payments from 3 customers. I told them refund back the 3 customers and Ill use a different payment solution, because I was tired of fighting to get my money in my account. Instead of refunding back the cards. They instead withdrew and additional $1500 out of my business account (that was never authorized) to refund the customers instead of reversing the charges they charged the customer with. Now im out of $3000. Still have not received my $1500 till this day.
  • Where did the tip option and sales tax option go

    I am unabe to add sales tax to the invoice. also there is no tip option. I followed directions in settings however ther is no sales tax option or tips. How can I click on it when neither option is listed. I am at a loss.
  • Unable to pair with my iPad

    Paid $49 to get just a contactless card reader, finally got it, 1st time tried on my iPad Pro (3rd gen.) and it said can’t be unpair because it was not supporting for this iPad Pro :(, what can I do?

    I had a huge hiccup with the system, but thank the lord for peggy! She sat for 3 and a half hours to figure out the issues with the payments and got my fee’s refunded! Avoided a suit over this. Thank you for good customer service.

    When I first got this app it worked great but now it won’t even let me in and I have talked to customer support a couple of time and STILL cannot get me into the app. It is VERY frustrating. The error code is 4225. I have uninstalled reinstalled. No luck. It is SO inconvenient trying to take mobile payments without this app.

    I’ve been using this app on IOS for 5+ years. I never had an issue until recently. It stopped allowing people to tap to pay showing “there has been an error please try again” on the screen after pausing to load. I can scan or key in, but cards can’t be swiped or tapped. In addition, every time I attempt to view my transactions the app quits. I’ve called in multiple times, each resulting in over an hour of conversation and no solution. I’ve removed, reloaded, deleted and reset. Nothing fixes it. I have had zero issues on my iPad. It seems to be only on my iPhone.

    Difficult to work around the glitches, nonexistent customer support. Whatever you do, do not use them as your credit card processor, they’ll hold thousands of dollars without warning or recourse. Horrible, rude customer service should you manage the feat of getting on the phone with a person.

    I’ve now spent five hours on the phone trying to resolve a login issue. All they can tell me is that the know my account is affected, but no idea if or when it will be fixed. Avoid this app, unless you just enjoy sitting on hold. No support at all.
