And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. Couldn’t input the security code after switching to email app to receive the code.

Definitely one of the worst storage apps ever created. A dead horse could do a better job than anyone at this “company”. If you like waiting an hour to upload 30 low quality .jpeg files then Dropbox is for you. I uploaded to google drive m, sent the files out, made a sandwich, and Dropbox was still struggling to upload small image files.

I have a new phone and a new email address. The device I normally used is broken, but I can get in with limitations. I can’t get access to change the email address in Dropbox to change it. Codes from Dropbox are going to my old email address that I can no longer access. It’s like Fort Knox. That’s great that it’s protected, but it’s blocking me, the one who pays the bill. Very frustrating.

When I was reading the reviews it said free. Okay, so why do I need to pay after 30 days?
  • Customer service is poor

It is not customer friendly if multiple people say the same thing- Dropbox doesn’t make it easy to manage your account. What is the big secret? I searched the community and the same response is seen - go to a “private” page to manage your account - so strange.
