Incredibly glitchy, missing simple features that the website has. Malfunctions repeatedly.

I like this app but it drives me crazy because it shorts my reads all the time! I read 102 and it says 98 for 2025 even when I add the dates

I love this app ( but I haven’t experienced any glitches). My only complaint is that it’s pretty time consuming sometimes to add things to different shelves but I think that’s just first world laziness talking! Highly suggest checking this book app out( also a plus is that while it loads for internet it gives you a quote from different authors!)

I love having a place I can keep all the books I have read together. I read physical books, on my kindle, and I listen to audiobooks- so to keep all of them in one place is nice. I like being able to look back at the end of the year and see how many books I have read.

I’ve been using GR since 2014 and the app hasn’t changed much, if anything does less than it did way back when. Using it is clunky, super difficult to add people, no dark mode (still), no half star ratings, DNF, or an easy way to track rereads (this function got super weird with the last update and I have to mess around with my dates/shelves to get it to track properly). It connecting to Amazon and directly to my kindle sounded like a good idea but now I get two of the same book showing up in my challenges that I have to go in and delete one each time. I have so much history on this app but I think this might be the year I leave it to try something else that offers more.

I love using Goodreads being about to review books i read and see what others are reading is a great way to stay in the book world, also i have a large book community of people like myself that enjoy a good book.

Great read, enjoyable fantasy with a twist of romance

I love Goodreads for what it does for the reading community. Being social about books is one of life’s great pleasures in my opinion. An app that allows you to do that is fabulous. However, I struggle with the way the app is laid out. I’ve had it for years and I feel like it hasn’t evolved at all into a more user friendly interface. It’s difficult to navigate and not fitting the aesthetic I think it deserves. I’d love to see a big update with a fresh look. That being said, it’s still a fantastic app that will continue to be a go-to for me to track my personal reading and connect with my fellow bookworms.

Goodreads…please, please, please give us a way of giving literature a half star rating. There is a big difference between a 3.5 star book and a 4.0 star book. Let’s make this app even better!!!
