App doesn’t remember where you left off so every time you go back to it you have to remember which issue you were reading and then scroll through the table of contents and try to remember where you left off.

If a short article doesn’t scroll the image blocks the words at the bottom of the page.

The new app looks nice, but features are lacking. Primarily, there does not appear to be a way to bookmark a page. This is a show stopper for me.

Time has been a great app but occasionally a new app build will crash the app. Customer support took 3-4 weeks to reply back to address the problem. You just have to wait until the next app build is updated in the App Store.

App immediately crashes upon opening. Please fix ASAP. UPDATE, 5/24: An additional update has been downloaded since this initial review, and that update seems to have resolved the issue.

The new TIME app is a huge improvement. All the problems with the old version are gone. It’s fast, clean, and easy to use. Best of all, the content looks just like the Apple News+ version, beautifully formatted and optimized for mobile. I love this app. TIME nailed it.

Can’t get beyond the first screen on the new app I called and emailed and no solution. Very frustrated

I have been a loyal subscriber to Time for 40 years. The latest version of this app has removed most of my library leaving me with less than a year’s worth of issues. Now I’m expected to pay for the back issues of the subscription that I’ve already paid for. I’ve reached out to support three times and have heard nothing back. Perhaps it’s time to get my in depth news coverage elsewhere, because clearly Time doesn’t value me as a subscriber.

App Crashes on startup on IPadOS 18.4. Totally unusable.

The latest updates are amazing and I love it.
