I sign in with my TV provider, click start video, and it won’t load the video.

I subscribed to Willow TV specifically to enjoy live cricket without interruptions, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite paying a subscription fee, the app still forces you to sit through 30-second to 1-minute ads right at the most crucial moments of the game. Imagine knowing a big moment is about to happen, and instead of watching it live, you’re stuck staring at an ad. By the time the ad ends, the moment’s gone, and so is your interest. It’s infuriating and completely defeats the purpose of a paid subscription. Frankly, it feels like you’re being treated no better than a free user. In fact, watching cricket on third-party websites despite their flaws often provides a more seamless experience. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst streaming apps I’ve ever used. Willow TV, you seriously need to do better. Paid subscribers deserve ad-free viewing, especially during live matches.

It appears to be run by people who are not knowledgeable about cricket. We pay for monthly subscription and it’s expensive considering how much cricket games happen. Even then so many advertisements and many are shown at crucial moments! And nowadays the app frequently goes down for minutes in middle of the games.

Only place for cricket but the advertisements will drive you nuts. The commentary is interrupted every over regardless of the interesting analysis between overs. You will see the same ad a 1000 times. I really can’t understand on any level why this helps their advertisers. If they knew their cricket this company would realize how many times a match will be unnecessarily interrupted while interesting material is covered between overs.

Even after paying for the subscription, I’m seeing ads far too frequently. Also, the live matches take a long time to load and the app crashes quite often. This is very frustrating.

Keeps crashing. Wonder the developers are sleeping or what! Really pathetic

This has to be the worst streaming app. Not sure who the owners are, but they have issues with continuous streaming. They have too many ads of unverified products, esp Chinese gaming apps which are notorious for data mining. They go into ads even while live action is going on. At some point of time they should be investigated by authorities to ensure the standard practices are being followed.

Not sure why Willow has bought rights for Cricket streaming, they are mediocre, at best, at execution. Oh and they love to show Ads to paying customers. And did I mention streams that freeze when match gets interesting; restart a stream and you get more Ads Willow should get out of streaming business and leave it to ESPN. The App and even the website is from early 2010 era and has been left to struggle and annoy its users.

I keep getting a multiple device streaming error and keep getting kicked out from the app on AppleTV claiming I am streaming from multiple devices, which is completely incorrect. I am using my TV provider to subscribe to Willow but that shouldn’t matter.

This is the saddest excuse for an app I’ve seen. MLC needs to find a new partner. It is embarrassing the whole league with low quality application and constant buffer. Also, whoever is responding is clearly not paying attention to what people are saying. Everyone and their dog is complaining about the same thing.
