I paid for this online game a few years ago but they locked me out of a few boards not sure why. Can’t see paying twice. I have all the box games and enjoy playing with family

Keeps crashing in the middle of the game. I bought the first one it had this problem so bought this one thinking they fixed the bugs but they didn’t

It’s great to pick this up and play a round, especially with my son. I haven’t had the same overwhelming sense of unfair dice rolls as other reviewers. Sure, the AI targets the human if the human is winning, but that’s normal game play. I like the design and function ability. It’s great to have AI to fill out 4 players. Great game.

Even using stack it’s geared to go against you. If dice odds were weighted properly it would be better but it’s very rigged against you. Super frustrating. Not worth playing

The AI knows what resources you have and knows what number will be rolled. Every time I get 2 points away from winning, all 3 AI turn against you, they won’t trade with you, they use knight cards against you, roll 7s like it’s an 8 or a 6, blocks the resource you need and then the game rolls 3 of that number right after. Don’t forget when you have a strat for sheep and you are on a sheep port, they play the monopoly card and take all your sheep.

Instead of having it be random when computer players play a knight card the developers took the easy way out and have the human players almost always targeted to be robbed. The game would be more enjoyable if the knight cards and moving of the robber when rolling a “7” was more random but I can always count on being the one robbed when playing against the computer. Makes what could be a fun gaming experience very frustrating.

This game is really fun to play. The older version had better graphics. They still haven’t fixed the reload issues half way through the game. You can lose a castle if you activate your knight before that happens. Still needs improvement and would be nice to have the option to use the older versions graphics.

There’s a bug where if I move my knight all the menus go away and you can’t do anything.

I have played Catan universe and I feel that is a better simulation of Catan. As everyone else says, the dice feel rigged for the AI. AI get so many knight cards, anytime you roll a 7, the thief will be back on your resource the next turn. Then they will take turns stealing from you so you can’t build anything. Even when you are way down in points, you are still the main target. It is you against the combined forces of the AI. Not fun. Please return my money.

Random rolls do not exist in this game. The developers say it’s random, but it’s not! It will not take you long to figure this out. If you play against the AI it will be 3 against 1. The 7 is used to keep you from having cards. You will be amazed at how many times 7 will roll when you have the lead or are close to the lead. Then there is the constant shut downs. The game will randomly close on its own. The frustration is real! You will wish for a refund! Don’t say you weren’t warned!
