    I refuse to watch this on my iPad until I can watch it in the horizontal position.

    I use my iPad exclusively when checking news and social media. It has a magnetically attached keypad, so there is never a time when I’m not looking at it in Landscape mode. The MS Now app came up sideways when I first loaded it, which doesn’t work for me. I thought maybe the programmers were not very capable, and so their setup screens had to be viewed in Portrait mode, before the app would recognize that it needed to be in Landscape mode, based on the screen orientation. This has happened with other apps. So I deferred my decision until I made it through the setup screens — but no, the app simply runs in portrait mode only. Sorry, folks, but our mobile devices are designed to be operated in both Portrait and Landscape modes, so please get your act together and support both modes. In the meantime, I guess MS NOW loses me as a user.

    Why is the app format vertical only? It would be nice to be able to rotate it or choose a horizontal format that works with an iPad or laptop.

    So tired of scanning the QR code to activate the app through my tv provider EVERY SINGLE DAY. Fix your app or fire your current app developers and hire more competent ones.

    Fix it — don’t ask for reviews if you are obviously NOT reading them. I have cancelled my Peacock subscription and I am about to wipe this app. off my screens. Sorry Nicolle and Joe and Mica — get with a group that knows how to present the information you are reporting

    Absolutely idiotic decision not to support landscape orientation on iPad. Seriously, get rid of the person who decided that.

    I use my iPad exclusively in landscape mode. The current MSNOW app does not seem to be able to switch (or I have not found out how) so in practice I will quit watching.
