    The phone number won’t let you contact to an actual person, it only makes you use the app where I get robotic people . They put me in a que to v connect me to a person , then call me and guess what I’m on hold i guess another que . Get back to having people answer the phone . I pay enough for my services to get help.

    En diciembre agarre una linea nueva para mi hijo porque me ofrecieron un iPhone 15 cuando abres una linea nueva, después de ver mi factura me estaban cobrando por el teléfono nuevo, llame a customer service y les explique lo que paso, me dijeron que no había problema que ellos iban a solucionar todo y que en la siguiente factura se reflejaría, el la siguiente factura los mismo me seguían cobrando el dispositivo, después de un tiempo volví a llamar para preguntar que estaba pasando y lo mismo que iban a hacer una corrección que no me preocupara que en la siguiente factura ya iba a estar todo bien y me iban reembolsar todo lo que me an cobrado por el teléfono, hoy hasta el día de hoy me siguen cobrando por el dispositivo y ahora disen que yo no aplique para es promoción que mi promoción es para un tarde-in y agarra un descuento por el teléfono, promoción que por supuesto yo no hubiera aceptado puesto que yo al agarrar una linea nueva yo no cuento con un dispositivo para entregar.. completamente decepcionado con customer service y con VERIZON 👎

    This app is slow. Clunky. You can tell it No, I do not want to use face scan, but it will ask you every time. It had no problem telling you your balance, but it won’t let you pay. Terrible. I’ll say it again. Terrible.

    I really do like using the My Verizon app. I can pay both my bills. I can pay my Verizon bill and I can pay my Verizon cell phone bill. All in one location is life made easier and in this world of hectic pace everybody in a rat race we can use simplicity in our lives, after the pandemic, we starting to go back out into the world for those of us who can’t go because of physical limitations the things that were made available to us during the pandemic is a true blessing and being able to pay my bills online without having the bank going to cash in place is a wonderful thing. I do enjoy that. I enjoy Amazon fresh I enjoy Instacart. I enjoy all the big warehouses you can become a member of and they deliver your groceries right to your front door right to your apartment door and that’s a beautiful thing and VERIZON has tried to help to understand why my bill jump up from $126 to not 130 something dollars so other than that I’m all right VERIZON when I finish paying this phone off and you should come down because it’s been a year now the thousand dollar phone I paid for should be finished paid for. I’m gonna get me a new phone. I’m not gonna trade in this phone. I’m a just buy me the new, Apple 15 phone and use it. I’m gonna have a TikTok business and I’m gonna sell my book I wrote a book called the heart of Winter by Ann Fenelon is on Amazon right now. Check it out. You can get the app on your phone for $3.99 and read my book. I want the whole world to get that app on their phone and read my book once you read it if you like it by a hardcover softcover and it’s my promise to you that I will autograph it for you.
