Video Star

I started off as a CapCut and Blurrr editor but it was really easy to get used to Videos star with the free week trial, I bought the yearly membership and it is my first year of using Vsp and i enjoy editing a lot more!

This is by far the best mobile editing app out there! I have been using Video Star since mid 2024, and my opinion on it has not altered in the slightest. It has amazing effects, super beginner friendly, and is very easy to navigate once you get the gist of it. For my fellow mobile editors out there, if you are struggling to find and download a good editing app that looks like After Effects, or just in general, I suggest you download Video Star!

I have ALWAYS used video star for editing throughout 6 years. I cannot explain how enraged I am by this money hungry app. I don't edit often so I found it easier to buy the power packs instead of a yearlong/monthly subscription. It was easier because I didn't need to use all of the effects in the subscription and kept the effects forever so whenever I felt like editing, I could because I already had the effects I needed. Recently I was interested in buying more but due to their horrible decision of removing the power packs the only way I can get them now is by the subscription. Why would I do that when I already have most of the effects and would only gain a few more from buying the subscription? They also raised their prices on the subscriptions, I remember it being $4.99 per month but now it's $5.99? Absolutely outrageous. The yearly subscription also went up by 5 dollars. Video star, PLEASE listen to your users because no one thought the power packs were "confusing"? Yall only removed them leaving users no other option but to buy the subscription. I am no longer a loyal member of this app and will now be deleting and transferring to another app. This was a horrible decision which impacted your users.

editing on here is so fun

My favorite editing platform ever!! I wish it was on Samsung though 😔✌️

Ive been using this app and been loyal to it for years . I’m a reoccurring editor because sometimes I don’t have time on my hands to make edits . So id just buy power packs that’d stay forever because a monthly subscription or a yearly one would just kind of be wasteful . I went to go buy the glitch power pack but unfortunately , you guys removed it . I don’t understand why . What was the reason? Add them back

Been using vs for 10 years and yes it’s more powerful than ever but bring back the individual power packs that we can purchase I’m tired of everything being a subscription

I love this app so much I started using it around 2018 but stopped and continued again around 2024!! RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING IT

I’ve been a videostar editor for about 3 years. I replicate “twixtor” on videostar by speeding up my clip on faster mixtor in velocity, and then slowing it down on better mixtor. This makes your clips look smooth and similar to that of AE users when they twixtor their clips. However, I had to stop editing for about two months for school and when I re subscribed recently, I noticed that we can no longer do this twixtor like thing on videostar. When I do these steps I mentioned earlier, the clip sort of glitches in a choppy manner and plays in intervals. It’s upsetting because on my TikTok editing account, my followers know me as someone who has unusually smooth videostar edits. But now, I can’t do my twixtor anymore, or at least I can’t on this device? Please tell me if there is a fix
