Doesn’t receive calls

I only get emails for a call I missed. Phone never rings, app never says I have a missed call only an email. Not worth it anymore.
Like fine wine, it improves with age!

I make frequent international calls, the connections are flawless as well as clear.
I’m frequently overseas & use it to make country to country calls.
NL to UK for instance, which has a $0.02/min fee!
Calls from overseas to the US are free.
The days of dropped calls & poor connections seem to be over!
Very pleased with the app!
Keep an eye out for subscription rates, especially around Black Friday!

Many good advantages but several limitations such as you can’t send or receive files or photos or links. Plus not every account verification comes through. VoIP not always allowed. Can we fix these limitations?

1st thing is that after each update my mic stops working even though it’s showing on . that goes on for weeks unable to make outgoing calls until finally it’ll just start working again . 2nd thing is why after 12 years do you suddenly need my location who are you selling our information to now? It’s not just to meta this time there’s someone else. Data mining companies?

WHERE IS CUSTOMER SUPPORT??! Report does not work!! When I open this app I pay for it starts calling strange numbers!!
Also— give us the option to block entire area codes please! I hate robocalls and scammers calling my private number!

At least three calls have dropped or lost audio so far. This is the third day of having this service.

As a user, I want the ability to block unlimited numbers and to address those that have been previously blocked with ease. The current GUI is not user-friendly and does not provide the user with any type of direction on how to block or unblock.
Voice is good but texting very inconsistent

Update: the texting function needs to have full functionality as it can’t send or receive images.
Beats having to depend on the magic jack device itself. When I go abroad I can make wifi calls to the U.S. as a local call by just using my phone.
So I haven't found any defects yet.
