  • Terrible platform

    I just downloaded this to possibly transfer handicap from 18 birdies, and the app doesn’t let me type until I close it and restart. Then it won’t let me login until I close and restart. Now won’t let me hit “agree and continue”. Ive deleted and redownloaded. There’s been times where the “submit” button is at the bottom of the page and I cannot scroll to it. Again, extremely NOT user friendly.

    This app is great for handicap, but the upgraded version is weak compared to others. No about to track advanced stats like chipping, pitching, fairway and greenside bunkers save percentages or penalties. The advanced version has less features that other free ones. Very disappointing.

    Unable to get past the terms and conditions, the app just freezes up.

  • Always On Option

    It would be nice if there was an option to keep the app always on while using the app without needing the phone passcode. I have other apps that have this feature and it is quite useful. My use of the GPS feature is diminished because of the need to constantly enter the phone passcode.

    Since I moved to my iPhone 16, I’m unable to login. The login screen gets hung up after I enter my login information.

    I can’t use the app in any way shape or form. I try to log in it pops up the agree to terms and agreements then kicks me right back to the login again. I’ve tried everything!!

    Why dont you have an area where users can provide feedback within the app itself? Measure CSAT and sourcing input directly from your mobile users will generate highly valuable feature ideas.
